Tandem hang gliders, which have been reinforced for training with the combined weight of the student and instructor, will handle a little over 500 pounds, but they don't stay up very well with much over 350 to 400 pounds of payload. (A big glider like that with wheels weighs around 100 pounds).

Depending on the size, 200-500 pounds.
I own one that can hold up to 400.
