I feel like I'm the only one within a thousand miles radius that hold these beliefs and am just wondering if there is anyone else out there that are fellow metaphysicians or are into New Age thinking?

Metaphysics does not have anything to do with beliefs.

I have a personal definition of metaphysics: "The blind leading the stupid into the unknown on a quest for the unfathomable."

This helps me to keep things in perspective.

To head off the question that inevitably follows that definition, I will answer it now, as follows:

Q: So, which are you? Blind or stupid?

A: As a teacher and a student, I must honestly admit to being both... blind AND stupid.

The next question is: "If this guy is both blind and stupid, then why should anybody listen to what he has to say?"

The answer is... EVERYBODY is blind and stupid... the difference is, most of us don't know it. Once you KNOW that you're blind and stupid, then you can begin to learn how to DEAL WITH being blind and stupid.

'Beliefs' are a way of STAYING blind and stupid, without even being aware of it. Beliefs are an insidious mind-killer... they cut one off from the intellectually honest (willing to question and doubt the veracity of one's own assumptions) consideration of alternative possibilities.

I'm a practicioner of Seidr (a form of Norse Shamanism), do Reiki, and have been a Witch for about a decade. You're probaly not as alone as you think, it's just that depending on where you are those who are nearby probaly keep their practices very quiet.

I grew up with Macro Philosophy but I follow a neo-pagan path now. I still like astrology and crystalology.
