the only camcorder of that type produced is the compact VHS camcorder (Vhs-C). its recording media is small (less than half the size of a vhs) which you can, after recording, watch in a regular vhs player using the vhs-c adapter.
no other media type has been produced that can do that.

the cam corders that use vhs-c tapes (i have one) its jvc GR-AXM18U its a nice camcorder too
