Ok, so I went on a nice date with a guy and everything went really really well. We talked for hours about everything really. Only thing is he never touched me at all or held my hand, I suggested a hug after the date was over. But he kept wanting to hang out with me more, like he kept asking if there was something else we could do or somewhere else we could go to talk more, he did NOT want to go home with me, he just seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me better. So, how long should I have to wait before he calls me? It's been 2 days since the date...should I give up???

By the way, at the end of the date I told him that I'm kind of the shy type, so I said he could call me sometime and he said "ok, sure, definitely, I'll call soon" and we were both genuine and honesy with each other, no mind games at all

The rule is to wait 3 days. But to be honest, that's a dumb dating rule that many people follow. Don't give up! You say he wanted to "hang out" with you, which only means he is interested. The reason he didn't want to touch you or go home with you is maybe because he didn't want you to be a one night stand, and maybe considers this date going further. Hang in there, he'll call. He likes you, trust me!

He is either just trying to be nice because he is not interested, or he is gay, seriously. When things go well on a date I love to hold the girl tight and be affectionate. If he was interested and wanted to know you so well, he would have called by now. "Going back to your apartment"? Right, I know what THAT means. You told him something that turned him off probably if he is not gay. Most guys would take it when it presents it's self. I say, give up on him, even if he DOES call, this will not last long at all... is it possible he may have another gf? At any rate, forget it and move on.

Ha, my expensive woman, it would not count number if he's eu or Canadian ... those stuff would not artwork rigidly searching on the position position in the international he's from. besides, drop a casual textual content in case you incredibly incredibly want to communicate with him. Even then if there is no reply, oh properly there is continuously Austrailan - no better than 2 days, time-honored.

if you feel the date went well call him the next day let him know that you enjoyed yourself and that you really enjoyed his company and would not mind seeing him again, their is nothing wrong with you making the next move i find it quite sexy most men tell me they find it quite attractive that i made the first move so go for it and enjoy yourself
