For most women, stimulation, especially of the labia and clitoral hood (not the clitoris directly, mind you--it's too sensitive to direct friction!) is absolutely necessary; jumping straight into penetration is a good recipe for friction burns and never getting invited back for round two. If, and usually only if, the stimulation is well applied, then penetration may be desirable; but again, many women find that there's far fewer nerve endings inside, so penetration is actually anti-climactic compared to the stimulation, so don't skimp on the stimulation, and after you're done with the penetration, be considerate and see if she's interested in more stimulation to help her finish up. [sorry, writing from a male perspective--not sure if you were looking more for a male slant, or female perspective.]

stimulation. Parce que penetration is for what?like seconds, where as stimulation is repeated.... mstimullation is more for the guy as funwise goes... when stimulation gets both parties happy. And after penetration, then what? Really? Everyone knows that the guy finishs first and for all the ladies, stimulation would DEFINATELY be the right choice.

Both - you need stimulation before penetration, and stimulation without penetration isn't as fulfilling (in my view anyway). So both are equally important, in a different order.

Penetration is not always stimulating, so stimulation is more important.... but I'm not sure what you're talking about.
