Tickling, in and of itself is not gay. If a male friend wanted to tie you up and tickle you and you were wearing shorts. There is nothing gay about it. If he kissed you or tickled, caressed, massaged your groin area then it could be construed as homosexual activity.
I am a very ticklish tickler in San Diego and, although I prefer tickling encounters with ladies (Where there might be nudity), I have also tickle and been tickled by a few guys. In each case, there was never nudity, there was never any sexual activity and there was never a “relationship” from it. It was strictly fun tickling.
There are some health benefits from tickling among friends. If you and your friend have a strong trust and respect with each other and the tickling is in fun, then you will feel a sort of euphoria after the tickling because your brain will flood your body with endorphins which help the body in healing and help deal with stress.
If you are ticklish, you trust your friend and it interests you in any way, I say go for it.

I don't think that it necessarily is. I suppose that it depends on the mentality of the participants. If one of them starts thinking along the lines of a sexual nature, that does indicate at least some latent homosexual nature. However, if a guy is simply thinking that it's fun (either one), then that's all it is.
Bondage and tickling need not be sexually linked. It can be fun and games, much like children playing cowboys and indians. Trying to assign a sexual orientation to this is possible, but I believe that it's a stretch.

Uh... if I walked into that I would probably get the wrong impression, but if you were doing it for fun and nothing else... I guess its not gay. I personally would probably never let a guy do that to me.
