I know how you feel. but the best thing to do is to try and give it time. date again .. look around there are soooo many hot girls out there (probably hotter than ur ex) everyone goes through heartbreak BUT it will be ok if u just give it time and enjoy ur life. go out with someone else! and try to avoid ur ex by not calling her and ignoring her.

regardless of how long youve been with this girl, or what youve done together, its gonna take time man. its different for everybody. i split with my girl after 4 years cuz i found out she cheated on me while i was deployed. even after i found out what she did, it didnt make it any easier when we called it quits. it still took me about 3 months to really get over her before i was ready to try with another girl. its gonna be rough bro, i wont sugarcoat it. i dont know why you guys split or if its definite? if you guys are for sure over with then the best thing is to put her outta your mind and move on with your life. im not saying hop in with another girl, but just give yourself time to adjust to not having her around and when you feel like your ready to try with another girl, get back out there and find the one for you. time heals everything dude, trust me. when i split with my girl it was really painful but i ended up meeting a great girl later on and im even happier with her than i was before. just learn from what happened between you and your ex and let it make you smarter the next time around. youll be alright man, trust me. if you need to chat, hit me up, im always on my email~ william.swanson@yokota.af.mil

do what i do. watch movies with people in way suckier positions than you (like war movies or "super size me" or something), eat your favorite food, and then you will feel better because you'll look at the people in the movies you watched and be like d a m n their lives suck way more than mine. i feel happy! even though you are a guy and you'll be like "i don't wanna act like a chick." it totally helps.
