Somewhere before time, the Universe came into existence milliseconds after the greatest explosion that has ever existed. Slowly the elements began to take shape out of hydrogen molecules. Some matter blobs gainded momentum and began to shine, while other blobs revolved around the shiny giant ones.
On one of these blobs, now almost fully solidified, some aminoacid molecules began replicating. Those that by chance formed large blobs managed to endure the devilish weather around. Thus the first cells appeared. Those cells which, by chance, managed to form larger blobs of cells, managed to survive the harsh elements. Thus the first multicelled organisms appeared.
These organisms in turn populated the greater solid blob called planet. And those which, by chance and due to their physical features, managed to survive the environment and other creatures that surrounded them, grew in numbers.
These creatures developed different features that helped them survive. Some of these organisms became the behemoths of the jurassic period. Once an external force obliterated their source of food, an obscure sort of organism (mammals) left its hideouts and managed to thrive in the absence of its former predators. One line of mammals developed the ability to think, and this creature created things as languages, tools, as well as some useless concepts, like religion, gods and the like.

To trim the tree tops and other dense vegetation. They were part of the original eco-system, which was perfect.
When the flood came, Noah (because of space limitations) only brought juvenile dinosaurs on the ark (dinosaur is a modern word, so don't bother searching for it in the Bible) as part of the 'unclean' animals. Those that were on the Ark either died out for lack of food, or were killed by men for fear of competition for food or just plain fear.

Irrational question as it presumes the existence of a god.
Man created gods..but that was millions of years after the dinosaurs.

Who said He did? 1. If humans were made in God's image then, 2. They were exceptionally brilliant people. 3. If they were extremely intellegent beings then. 4. They probably had gene splicing down to an art form. 5. This is one of the reasons God sent the flood and destroyed the dinasours and the wicked people who didn't love Him

Dinosaurs were created some time in between the creation days, of course they were not added into the Genesis account because they weren't necessary information for human creation. but god made them before human creation, and during the plant creation, to fertilize and start working the earth, to get it able to sustain human life. after they finished their job, god got rid of them to make way for humans.

There is no God. Suddenly, there's no problem in logic that needs to be rationalized. Ah, sweet common sense.
