his public defender is saying that he most likely get 9-16 months and he has already served 6 and has yet to be arraigned. he has no prior record and the robbery was unarmed. he supposedly got away with 7 grand. i was just wondering how realistic is it for him to get 9-16 months considering this crime? it seems like too much of a lenient sentence for a crime like this. please answer if u have knowledge of this or your opinions are welcome

The longer the better, so long as you can lay your hands on that 7 grand.

you're right...it is lenient, he needs to go for years, and years to prison...not just any prison, but pound-in-the-butt-everytime-he... Maybe that way, he will learn not to do stupid things...that money could be my hard-earned money for all I know...who the hell does he think he is? I think you should go with him for accessory to a crime....for repeating the same question over and over, and over...

Why on earth do you keep asking this question???
You keep losing 5 points on it.
Anyway, I keep seeing the question, so I'll pop in here and get my 2 points' worth.

Is this the same friend? Or do you have 15 friends that rob banks?
