Pier 10 near the Old San Juan Cruise Sea Ports...
The Disco in The San Juan Hotel and casino...or any Other Hotel in the Tourist area will be Good...

At Isla Verde Carolina you will always find nightlife, including girls. You will find a lot of hotels, and pubs.
I am not sure of other places in a Monday night.
