The passage I have chosen comes from the fifth chapter of the Gospel of St. Matthew, in which Jesus is giving his Sermon on the Mount:
"You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you salute only your brethren, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? You, therefore, must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect."

You are putting assumed restrictions on God's abilities. God has no restrictions. God can bless them because God can do anything. In fact, we should be asking God's blessing on non-believers more than anyone else.
Don't forget, God created Lucifer, just as He created non-believers and believers alike. There is a reason and purpose to God's actions. Who are we to question?

Just because someone is of a different religion than you, does not mean that they worship the devil. Idiots I swear!

it doesn't matter if they are my 'enemies', as Christians, we are to love them...it's not optional, or open to interpretation...Christ commanded it...not 'suggested', or 'urged' or 'encouraged' or 'facilitated' or 'favored'...He COMMANDED it! remember, no matter what you think of them, or what you think of yourself, God doesn't love you even the tiniest little bit more than them...if you can't find it in your heart to ask God to bless His own creation. then i'm sorry, you have a lot to learn...
