You just use a large spoon. It's not a special spoon.

I use a fork and the side of my pasta bowl.
The only spoon I ever use is a serving spoon to twirl and place on the family's spaghetti bowls!

In Italy, spaghetti is served in a bowl. There is no need for a spoon because you can simply use the side of your bowl on to which you spin your spaghetti!
The fork should always be twisted counter clock-wise so the springy, al dente, spaghetti don't splatter sauce on your shirt...

unlike the butter knife and the fish fork, there is no such thing as the spaghetti spoon,,, just like there is no Santa... In Italy, people eat spaghetti with only a fork... WHOA, REALLY?!

that's not actually a "real" utensil. Americans have started using a large soup spoon to twirl up their pasta. Italians think we're nuts!!! They would never do that!
