Yes, I would believe in the world around me. It's called nature.

Yes, I spent my childhood looking at the orderly beauty around me, sort of like a beautiful painting. I started to wonder who created the painting. When I got older I realized through school that the way protons and neutrons circle atoms were very much like the planets circling suns. So that from the tiniest to the greatest there was an order. There must have been a Creator.
On my own as a young married mother I started to read the Bible and pray for HELP with the correct interpretation!

I don't know--I wasn't raised like that. So it's kind of a moot point. Religion is a pretty universal idea--even atheists are part of the idea of religion because they reject God but if you reject it, you have to know that some people are religious and believe in God. So, I don't really have an answer for a hypothetical question. All I can say is, most people are either religious or against religion, but very few people have never been exposed to any religion at all. Good luck finding people to answer this!

I went to church sometimes and saw the bible (not the inside) but I don't believe. It depends on what you think not how your parents raised you.

I have a friend from Australia who was brought up as an atheist. Her parents and grandparents didn't believe in a God of any kind. She questioned my faith, knowledge, and understanding of the Lord many times. I shared what I belief with her (only when she asked) and she to this day, chooses not to believe.

I think those who seek the Lord eventually are touched by the Holy Spirit and develop a faith in the Lord.

If you had this kind of upbringing you would be less likely to become a member of an established religion. But many people feel the presence of a Higher Power, or begin to feel that there must be a Creator, without any religious upbringining.

There are studies showing that children have many very natural spiritual experiences.

It's difficult to think that you would have never heard of ANYTHING like that and still of lived long enough to be "accountable" for yourself, but if that were the case...you would either be pretty much agnostic about the whole thing (not really care) or realize that there is a higher power, and just not know how or what. It's up to the person, i guess.

believing in something? what does that mean? do you mean, have another religion? have ideals?

if you're parents didn't brainwash you, you could see the bible and go to church and not be susceptible to myths.

Under the Soviet Union, where religion was explicity suppressed, people were freed from the silliness of myth systems, and now fully 30% are atheist. So, they didn't have to believe in something in place of the myths they were once taught.

In studies, it has been shown that people have a natural belief in God, before they are old enough to be swayed by society. It is with maturity that we gain the freedom to choose, and with knowledge we are held to our choices.

Those who have never been exposed to the word of God, or are not capable of making that choice are under a special grace and pardoned. God knows what is in our hearts and He wont punish you if you have never had a CHANCE to believe. Although, it would be hard to find anywhere on this planet that hasnt had any exposure by now.

God bless you, and I wish you peace in whatever you decide to believe.
