I just bought and registered a new car. Of course, they screwed it up.

Yes call DMV get it fixed.

As long as DMV has your correct address in their computer it doesn't matter what address is on the title. So as long as it is fixed in the main computer (ie; change of address form) there shouldn't be a problem.

Now I'm curious, if the address is wrong how did you receive it, I thought all states mailed the final title???

it will be a pain in the *** when u need to re-register it in a year or two. cuz the papers will go to the wrong address and so will ur new stickers. u should get it fixed since its still new.

It has the potential to become a problem - I would get it fixed at dmv as soon as possible.

People move, there should be a place on the paper to change it. Since it was their fault, call them and ask whether to just change it.

take it back to the DMV and let them fix it oh too it shount cost nothing it was there f u ck up
