I say it to someone every day. Love is what the world should be about instead of all the hate.

I think that people are tentative about saying "I Love You" because of their past experiences. Maybe they have told someone they loved them but have been shot down for it, or used and abused by the person they loved, or believe that love is weakness rather than strength.
