haven't checked, but probably. Gluten is a grain product, mostly from wheat or corn. It's the "glue" that makes dough elastic and bread to rise. It's used (as flower) to make gravy thicker. I would assume that it would be used as a binder to keep everything from falling apart.

you'll have to check the wrapper for that one... gluten is protein found in wheat....
maybe you should try Hebrew National, they're kosher and wouldn't use any fillers..... and stay away from hot dog buns!
