Hello friend,
If you have a desire to learn and know truth, you can find it in this forum. But you have to look very carefully.

I don't propose to know all truth, but if you'll accept the Bible as your source of truth, I can help you learn much.

You mentioned, "the truth will make you free..."
That is taken from John 8:32 which actually says..." and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
But to start and stop there, does not do justice to the Scripture.

You need to read at least the whole chapter to get the context of what Christ is saying. In another place, before His crucifixion, Jesus said "I am the Way, the TRUTH. and the Life, no one comes to the Father but through Me." Jn.14:6. So there, Jesus declared Himself to be Truth.

To bad Pilate didn't hear or was not able to read John 18:38 when he asked the exact same question you did. Read it.

But friend, you ARE able to read what Pilate could not read, and learn Truth for yourself! I am willing to help.

Pilate asked what I believe to be the preeminent question that man must answer. It's found in Matthew 27:22 where he asks
"What shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?"

Friend, the answer you give to that question will determine your Eternal Destination. There is much more, if you'd like to learn.
There is no charge. I only ask for sincerity and an honest heart.

God bless you as you proceed,
2 Tim. 2:7

Well one mans truth can be another mans lie, but that aside. The real truth is that you can worship god any place anytime. You never have to enter a building which they call church ( which if you consider them you will fine those churches hypocritical) God is free to those whom seek him, and part of this seeking is by examining yourself, judging yourself, in practically every situation. Do good for a person, have mercy upon everyone. Yes the truth does set you free seek it like silver! Peace

The truth is that nobody really knows what the truth is, so they have to make something up and call it the truth to make themselves feel better about not really knowing what the truth is, and that's the honest truth...

The truth for me is knowing God and asking him into my heart. That's where "the knowing the truth comes in" Knowing him and following his teaching will set you free. Good Luck with your own personal relationship with the Lord.

What is the truth? This is the only stark truth:

NOTHING is ABSOLUTE; EVERYTHING is RELATIVE.

Then it all depends on what "truth" you seek to find. Where we come from? Well, no one has produced living proof of the Big Bang, but evidence points to that theory.

Where we're heading to?
Well, we just need to see the world as a whole and the things that we've been doing. Then try to follow up on the causality of events to see where they lead.

If someone tells you he or she knows the "Truth", I suggest you send him/her packing wiht his/her so-called truth, for he/she's trying to bamboozle you with his/her stupidity. (I'm not purposefully trying to be politically correct here, it's just that bamboozlers stink, regardless of their gender).

The truth never changes.
God is the truth. Jesus is the truth, the way and the life.
the real truth is in Christ, you can do all things.
The absolute truth is Jesus died for your and my sins.
The positive truth is He loves you.

And that is the TRUTH....

JESUS SAID;(John 17:17)  Sanctify them by means of the truth; your word is truth. BIBLE
FUNNY PILOT ASK JESUS THE SAME QUESTION.(John 18:37-38) 37 Therefore Pilate said to him: “Well, then, are you a king?” Jesus answered: “You yourself are saying that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone that is on the side of the truth listens to my voice.” 38 Pilate said to him: “What is truth?”. . .

Ask and you shall receive.
31: "To the Jews who had believed him Jesus said, 'If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32: Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.'" John 8
The truth that Jesus was speaking of was Himself. He is the way, the TRUTH, and the life. If you know Him you will be free indeed.
