I was wondering if pediatricians, family doctors, etc. test for drugs when they ask for urine samples at a biannual/annual wellcheck.

Not unless your parents (or you) have specifically requested it. They charge extra for that.

It is not part of the normal tests they run, but if your Dr suspects drug abuse he could order that a drug screen be included

no they do not they are checking for sugar level etc but then drugs do also show up
