I got a ab lounger from my step mom but there was no exercise video or cd with it so I was wondering if I could find exercises on the web that I can download on my computer?

I don't think that there are any you can download because a video usually comes with it.It came with mine, you may have to order one.I don't even use it,its so simple to use you really don't need it.I do 3 routines with mine 1st like a regular crunch just going back and forth, the I lay on each side going back and forth and do each 1 for about 10 mins. The time goes by fast especially if you're like listen to music or wacthin TV while doing it.Do that like 4 or more days a week and eat the right foods you will notice results within the 1st week you start. If you're already thin that's even better.I'm thin myself my tummy wasn't really fat or anything I just wanted to get better abs and a 6 pack.Boy did it work, its been almost 2 months and already have a great 6 pack forming.I love it

maximum workout machines are gimmicks, they do no longer do a lot extra desirable than the different device or something you should do your self for much less money. the only device's I actual have chanced directly to paintings are The Bow-flex and issues like the perfect Push-Up and perfect Pull-Up. do no longer purchase this in simple terms yet another scam...
