I work with this guy who has made it very clear that he likes me, but the feeling is not mutual. How can I tell him I am not interested in him while still being on good terms, since I work with him all the time.

Well, don't flirt or do anything that will encourage his advances. Polietly tell him you are not interested in nothing but a working relationship at work.

If all else fails, threaten him with a sexual harassment warning if his doesnt let up.

Flumen ; I think honesty is your best shot .
Tell him that you don't think hes your type and that your flattered by his attention but you not looking at him in that way and that you hope that he can still see you as a Friend and co worker . He will be hurt and probably a little angry but that's not your fault. you just need to go about your life and he will go about his as well

Honey just tell him. Tell him that you are not interested and that you would like to keep your relationship professional. Especially since you have a big jealous boyfriend that is going to kick his a@# if he does not leave you be. ( Thats the white lie, but who cares, you chould be able to work in peace :) )

Just tell him that you're flattered, but your feelings for him aren't mutual. That you don't want this to get in the way of work, and that you'd like it to remain friends. :)

One of two things. Either give him a line about company policy not allowing in-house relationships, or tell him you have a boy/girlfriend.

You'll probably have to tell him you're not interested, and if he's not a good guy, you probably won't be on good terms.
Life goes on.

tell him you have a boyfriend. Or tell him you just out of a relationship and you don't want to date anyone now.
