i would just shoot for 30 minutes of cardio a day. Keep a brisk pace, not too fast, not too lesiurely and do it at leat 5 times per week. I wouldnt measure the distance but the time spent walking...

you could walk in a circle for 4 miles, or 2 miles out then 2 miles in, or left after each mile and make a square, get a BF 4 miles away and return the next day.

If you left at 11pm and walked 4 miles out then 4 miles back you could be back by 1am and have done your walk for 2 days.

if you run 4 miles straight you will get a better muscular workout. however, doing the 4 miles at two seperate times will actually be easier for you and you will lose the same amount of calories. the only reason to do it all at once is to condition the muscles better.

depends on what your schedule allows

skip the diet green tea though (if youre meaning the kind that comes in a bottle) that stuff has WAY too much sodium to be any good.
