This all sounds TOO weird. Sounds, in fact, like you need a fresh start in life(1). The thing about sex is that it creates a very close bond. One close enough that if a third party comes into the picture or a breakup happens, you find out the hard way that the story was supposed to end very differently.
In fact, it really is supposed to end 'happily ever after'(2). Now, of course, that isn't going to happen by chance. You've got to plan for it in advance. Obviously you can't control your partner's behavior, but you can control your own, and so if you make a decision to really put him first, and take full responsibility for your life and your decisions, and make a permanent commitment to him (in front of other people, so you're accountable), then you at least spare yourself a lot in the way of temptation.
And with all this in mind, you have an idea what to look for in the other person as well. And quite frankly, if your guy is running off with someone else, another guy no less, well, it doesn't sound like he meets the qualifications for being faithful forever.
Another thing you might want to think about is, what about rough, kinky sex? Is it for the excitement(3)? I mean, I really wonder how loving it is to get pleasure out of being rough with someone. You might want to think about what kind of sex is the best way to create and sustain a love relationship(4), and start training your mind to think along those lines.
Bottom line: Sounds like you need to find some new company do some thinking before you just jump into a new relationship.
Take care and God bless you

Ask him if he love u because if he don;t u should get up and leave him because what is the use of staying with somebody that don't love u should just come to him and ask do u love me and if he say no just tell him to get out of your house and if he don't get out just call the police and tell them that u want him out your house don't be stupid and listen to him talking about he love u because he is going to do it all over again so this should tell u just live by yourself u can do just fine by yourself.

its obvious he's using you, why dont you make an experiment, dont give him any for 1 month, see how he reacts, if he rarely visits you after your experiment then that would be because he is srewing someone else. Dont lie to your self and admit that in a sense you're using him too.

You need to decide what you want from the dude, and what your willing to settle for. If he has other lovers, can you live with that? If not, move on. Save yourself a lot of grief.
