What are his chances of him getting to see our child. He knows our son is his he's just trying to prove a point to his parents and new girlfriend.He was his up until we broke up. I don't understand. What should I do about this matter??? Any ideas please let me know even web sites. Thank You

The test will prove everything. If it's his, he can petition for visitation and you can petition for child support. If it's not his, you need to accept that and let him go.

The chances are 50/50 if you had two sex partners when you became pregnant.
The results will prove everything. If you only had him as your partner, then nothing to sweat about.
The point will be proven when the test comes back. Only thing he will prove to them if it is his is that he is a fool. He needs to step up to be a man and father.
If it is his. He pays child support and you share visitation rights. Even if you two didn't work out. Not fair for the child to be seperated. As long as he is a good father and takes care of his son, then be proud of that. If he isn't, then document it and discuss with your lawyer.
