Sounds like a mental illness to me - You need to get professinal help and diagnosis ASAP - It is important to be very truthfull to your Dr about the mood swings etc. Keep a journal with you at all times and write down your feelings whether they are good or bad and this will help you see a pattern emerge it also helps to get things off your chest and onto paper thus lighteneing the load on you. You may be prescribed medication dont be afraid but ask as many questions as you can to understand what you are taking and for what purpose. Once on medication donot stop it for any reason unless a Dr tells you to as this medication takes a while to take affect (several weeks or even months) and can be dangerous to just stop it. some patients feel better after a while and just stop their meds and revert back worse than ever. It is probably the meds that make you feel better so dont stop them by yourself

No one on here can diagnose you, they can only give you an opinion. When the CPN comes, just be honest with him about how you are thinking and feeling right now.
Regarding inner anger - in my experience, until you address your anger and find ways to heal the reasons why you feel like this, yes, it will continue to burst out in your life. Will it destroy your life? I don't know, because I don't know you. All I know, from my own experience, is that it will destroy the quality of your life. You deserve a good life. Let others help you. I wish you all the best. Good luck.

Tell your CPN. That would be the first step. But I would suggest seeing a psychologist for a proper diagnosis...not the crazy people on here. Someone who has a degree in psychology has more authority on the subject than 99.9% of people on here.
Bipolar is very serious and should be treated. There are alot of medications out there to help you.

There are a ton of web sites also. I like the ones I listed in sources.

I hope that you will get a proper diagnosis from your psychologist and not rely on the people on here.
I hope this helps!

You are looking for help in the wrong place. Write your thoughts down on paper and show you writings to your cpn. Your cpn is where you pursue help. There is no such thing as a "kick start" help. Instead of allowing yourself to have an outburst, get lots of paper and pencils and write, write, write. Who knows, maybe you can help someone else with your personal insight if you can get it all down on paper. Forget sitting at your computer and typing questions on Yahoo. This is what I suggest.

Bi polar disorder can take years to truly diagnose. Talk to your CPN. There may be some type of medicine that you can take to control the anxiety. Don't worry. There is help.
