Which pen to use??????

Question

I need to fill some official forms which have very little space,and i want them to look neat,so need a pen which has a fine point but dark ink.
Any suggestions....

I have always liked Pilot Pen's "The Better Ball Point Pen" for writing in small spaces.

Use blue ball point because you notice it and plus the questions are going to be in black. Make sure there are no distractions around and you should write very slowly and think about what you are going to write, don't use gel inks because they smudge so easily and take forever to dry. I think a black gel pen with a fine point might work just fine for you.

a black fine point pen, not gel, it will smudge, even when it says it won't!
