I have come to an understanding that I truly know not how to love something that has created the existance of the notion. And I can love others, because I know they can apreciate it.But fear is something else.

You confuse and astound me.

It depends on the person. People who are cowed into worshipping god out of fear of being cast down into hell obviously fear god, but those who follow god because they believe in his existence and that he is a purifying entity are the latter. The weird situation is where the latter situation tells someone that if they don't worship god, thjey're going to hell. It's like "If you don't love god, then at least I'll make you fear him!"

Your fear and love of God should be equally balanced, they go hand in hand!! 'Fear of God' doesn't literally mean fear (like the fear you have of a snake or something like that). It means that you fear Gods punishment or displeasure and want to do the right thing!!!

People fear God. If people really loved God and felt that love in return, they wouldn't be such self-centered jerks all the time.
