Yes, because in the winter pets get a thicker coat and in the summer they shed that thick coat to stay cooler in the summertime. This is healthy. After all, humans shed as well, so pets need to do it too.

YES totally, but for us humans it is horrible. hair all over the house, clothing, and everything. it is normal for animals though. if i were u i would have a short haired dog they probally don't shed as much as long haired ones. but i'm not an expert. it makes room for their new hair and humans shed so why not pets do the same

Yes it is because they grow new thicker coats for winter and shed theirummer coats. In summer when it gets hot they shed their winter coats, just like a deer shedding it's antlers.

in the winter they shouldnt shed as much but in the summer it is good when they shed cause they need to get rid of there hot winter coat!

of course! shedding for pets is like us humans losing our hair or snakes shedding their skins. it will grow back, that's why they are shedding, to make way for their new batch of hair.

some dogs shed and they were born that way but if they were not sheding when they were born they are unheathy or stress out sop take them to a vet to get it check out ok
