You only drink healthy drinks like fresh squeezed orange juice and water and any others for 3 days....every time you are hungry you go for a walk(not too fast) and have some juice or water......I want to try it and hopefully lose 5 pounds in those 3 days......and after the 3 day plan,if I feel good and not hungry I might extend it until it's been a week so I could possibly lose about 10 pounds or so......give me any comments or advice that you have and thanks in advance.....

This is not a good idea. Any weight that you lose, you will gain back when you come back to reality. Putting orange juice which is acidy on a empty stomach is not good, neither is drinking sweet juices on an empty stomach.
A better idea would be to eat a good breakfast, a good lunch (maybe a good sandwich like subway) and a lite dinner. If you're hungry in between, eat something like fruits, yogurts, and take a walk every day. If you cut your portions back and cut out sweets except for once a week, you'll lose quickly, you'll be eating light, and you'll still be getting nutrients that you need.
By adding the walking (at least 30 minutes, fast) a day (one day off a week) you'll lose, trust me.

thats a pretty good idea but you have to consume all the vitamins and minerals your body needs so you will probably have to drink a vegetable juice 2 thats nasty but if its worth it give it a try. I might even try

It doesn't work. As soon as solid food touches your mouth you're heavier than your were before. Plus your body will eventually make you eat. It will resort to things like paper and clay if it has to.
