Smith and Wesson has a NEF Ultra Slug Hunter. It is under $200.00, but is a single shot. I would say it is close to the cheapest, unless you want to buy a single barrell shotgun and make it one. For a rifled barrell and sling, that is a good price.

it all depends on your price range
i like my winchester 1300
it cost about $250
