Why does gas in Marion Ohio sale for $3.11 a gallon for regular unleaded, when it only sales for $2.79 a gallon of unleaded regular in Findley Ohio,30 miles up the road ?

THERE ARE ALOT OF FACTORS TO THIS ONE IS TAXES THEY CAN VARY FROM TOWN TO TOWN AS WELL AS COUNTY TO COUNTY THE OTHER BIG ONE IS RENT ON THE SHOP OR STATION YOU HAVE TO FACTOR IN YOUR COST OF DOING BUISNESS I LIVE ON THE NEW YORK NEW JERSEY BORBER AND THERE IS A $0.20 DIFFERENCE THAT'S STRAIGHT TAXES

Are they the same oil company? If so, then it has to do with zip code pricing. Usually, gas stations in upper class neighborhoods charge more than middle-lower class. For example, in Beverly Hills, gas is like $3.79. But in Compton, it's like $3.19. It's up to the corporate office to determine how much gas they can charge.
