i have constantly had guys look at me but never made the move. why or what should i do.

the moments look into eachothers eyes and then its over. during that moment what can i do i think its uncomfortable what would guys like for me to do?

No offense, but take it from someone who knows. Just because guys look at you doesn't always mean they are interested. I'm thinking that they don't because of rejectioni, or for the plain fact that they just think you're a good look.

It's probably the guy's are shy and they may have a fear of you turning them down, I use to be kind of that waym but now I'm not bashful about it nearly as much, If your really a great looking girl, they probably think they aren't good enough for you or you already have a man in your life. Well good looking good luck and flirt back a little, that may help

rejection is the number one answer.
but guys are clueless. you have to practically write it out for them to let them know that you're interested. they will not understand a direct eye to eye connection. most guys are very insecure. you should try to make eye contact and hold it for a few seconds, smile. then let go. he'll either come to you or you'll have to repeat the whole process again with the same guy. i'm telling you, sometimes you have to club a guy over the head so they'll understand.

Let's switch this one around, why must guys ask the girl out? Why can't they switch it up once in a while? I personally haven't got much problem asking a girl out. Might take me a few minutes to build up the guts, but I'm fairly good about it if she's worth it. It would be refreshing to have a girl ask me for a change though...

The best people to answer this question is your close friends that you can trust. If you have Girlfriends ask them what you can do to make it easier for a guy to ask you out.
I have no idea of knowing what you look like as that is some thing that help a guy decide if you are cute etc !!!!!!!!
