"Which is more sad and pathetic? Trying to get into Heaven, or trying to gather points on Y!A?"
Well for those that are trying to get into heaven I would call that unfortunate and maybe pathetic. But I wouldn't be so cavalier about it. Being pathetic isn't a funny thing if you've ever seen it.
Example: You ever see someone having a nervous breakdown?
But if you want to know the truth, you cannot try to get into heaven. Trying is not a accurate word to describe faith. Faith requires confidence, along with belief and action. So trying doesn't really fit.
Trying to gather points on Y!A?
What's it to you?
You are here.

That's the difference between me and you. I KNOW I'm going to get my eternal reward which is Heaven. I know that I am being rewarded by points with a promise on YA! because the greatest reward on YA! is that people are listening and coming to me and are being rewarded with Gift of eternal life by Jesus Christ!

As I found out the hard way...Heaven is a subjective thing...so we won't "go there"...so it has to be this whole Yahoo thing...and it gets even more pathetic when you realize I am still doing it (I'm "here", ain't I?). May there be hope for all of us...Hey, I "get it"...we are in Yahoo Hell...O m' god!

The great thing about Heaven is it takes about 30 seconds to save yourself and ask for God's forgiveness and Jesus' love to get you there. That leaves plenty of additional time for accumulating points on Y!A.

I think it's sad and unfortunate. I still haven't determined why people will post an "answer" to a wierd question and go, "thanks for the 2 points."
The only reason to need points is to answer / ask more questions within 24 hours ... but if all you're doing is posting for points ...
I just don't get it.
