Just like if someone says "don't look" You hav't to look or if some one says don't put your finger in that, it makes you want to sooo bad. Funny how your mind works.

True story, Remember Sweettarts...? I think they still make them. They are really sour tablets of candy, little lozenges. A long time ago, someone made a washday product called (I think) Axiom. They looked just like Sweettarts, only instead of being like a half inch across, they were three inches across! They were huge, like a hockey puck! They were pre-measured potions of laundry detergent, compressed into little blocks so you didn't have to measure it when you did the laundry. Right about that time, Sweettarts came out with a large version of their candy that was like the size of a hockey puck.... (you can tell what happened next.) The idea was to gnaw on the big candy a little at a time. But some kids thought the laundry detergent was the candy, and maybe some put the candy in the washers, and Axiom was yanked off the market so fast you could hear the screech marks.
There was another laundry tablet called Salvo.
So this was a case where there was a reason that it was tempting to eat-- everybody thought it was the candy!

the same reason why when a friend tells you not to look while she's changing, you feel so tempted and the same reason why little kids do the exact opposite thing they're told not to do

If it says don't eat it's not edible. Unless it's a little note on a bar of chocolate.. lol!! Then everything changes...
