You can join a conversation group, read books in English, listen to audio books in English.

Remember that there are differences in British and American English, to say nothing of our spelling. I'm sure you already know that, but it doesn't hurt to hear it again. ; )

Watch Sesame Street. I have foreign friends that have learned English just from watching children's shows because they speak very slowly and often show the word on the screen in big letters. They also don't use big words. (I'm assuming you are foreign).
