Accept jail time?! Do you ask any other criminals if they would ACCEPT jail time? I don't care what they accept, if they are hiring illegal aliens they should GET jail time!!!

Jail and heavily fine employers who hire illegal immigrants. Undocumented worker is a politically correct smokescreen word. If I rob a bank, will the powers that be call it an undocumented withdrawl?

No. 1. I would scrutinize the inform. given to me by a prospective employee, then send the infor. to the proper place for them to check and verify that this person is a citizen-legal- then I would hire this person-anyone knowingly hiring an illegal should do jail or fines or both

Nobody is going to put me in jail. If I ever find myself in that circumstance, I alone want to be responsible for it.
But I do agree that employers who knowingly hire "illegal aliens" should be fined and/or imprisoned.

They would have to know about it and to properly police that we need to get the national database and ID up and running. However, you bet.

No....if people had proper documents, then an employer should not have to verify the documents.....that is the governments job.
