stand up , turn to my right walk 10 steps then turn right again then 8 steps straight ahead, with my left hand turn on the light switch then as I kneel down in front of the toilet with my right hand I lift the lid then making sure that my hair is pulled back since it is rather long I would lean forward and barf in the water that is in the bowl of the toilet. If I were to be having problems barfing I would reach over to the sink and quickly wash my hands then stick my index finger on my left hand down my throat then quickly remove it and barf into the toilet bowl. Once I had finished barfing I would then get some toilet paper and wipe around the edge of the toilet and toss the paper into the bowl as I flush the toilet. I would then stand up and move over to the sink and with my left hand i would turn on the cold water and get my toothbrush with my right hand . Then open the medicine cabinet w/ my left hand and get the toothpaste and place it on the counter and while holding my toothbrush with my right hand pump the toothpaste w/ my left hand and get toothpaste on the brush. I would then open my mouth and brush my teeth. Then spit into the sink . rinse out my toothbrush then put it away then grab a paper cup with my right hand and the mouthwash and gargle my mouth a few times. Put the mouthwash away then get a papertowel and wipe off the counter after washing my hands again. . Dry them then turn off the light and come back to the computer and finish wat I was doing.

take either alka-seltzer or pepto bismol right away i su gest taking water and mouth wash w/ u before you throw up (puke)

Do it into a plastic shopping bag. Also take some Emetrol.
