our parakeet cookie keeps pooping and wont stop.and she also does not eat to much what should i do?

I think it against the law to make actual parakeet cookies.
FYI - poop is refered to as muffins or pies never a cookie

Due to their high metabolisms, parakeets will poop every 10 minutes approximately. She should be eating approx 1 tbsp of seed per day, plus fresh veggies and water. How old is your bird and when did you get it?

Hi is the poop runny? She may have diarrhea. Try calling the vet and describing the poop and how often she poops (how much time inbetween intervals)

Stop worrying, all birds poop, why would you be paying attention to her pooping anyhow? Just clean it up and move on, she eats plenty if she pooping like this lol!
