What is the name (common and/or scientific) for the floor of a jungle? The part with leaves and roots?

I think it is as you said, the jungle floor. the ground would be also correct

It is what we ecologists refer to as "the floor" or "the ground layer". There are no other specific terms.

I think you refer to the "Humus organicus" which is a very fertil pice of ground.
