My father and I really would like to buy a used Humvee from the Army to restore. I was wondering wether anyone knows if theres a liquidation site or liquidation auctions where I cold find a Humvee.

I'm not sure that the military sells off Humvees to the public. No evidence of any at the various sales sites, primarily DRMS. I know for a fact that the M-151 Jeeps are cut up and scrapped; they are never sold for use on public roads.
