I would go to your county health department. They have all the resources you should need. Department of Children and Family Services have employees that will drive you around and be your personal helper until you are on your way to being independent. They don't take matters like this lightly (in my town anyway). They should be there to help you and they understand that no matter how bright a person you are that you are not able to focus and think things through like you normally would because of the tuff time you are going through. They will help you even with what most think of as minor stuff. They will help you find a home and all the necessary things that go along with that. They will help you with clothes and school supplies for your children. God bless you and your little ones!!! I'll pray for all of you!!! They are lucky to have a mama like you. I feel that you will do everything in your power to assure their safety and comfort.

If you were homeless, then how do you have a computer? Well, anyways, get a job at McDonald's or something. You will at least have enough money coming in to get an apartment somewhere cheap and to get simple clothes at Goodwill and buy food. (I am not teasing you, if that's what it sounds like.)

Only thing you can do at the moment is go to a shelter, then can help you find resources to get some government assistance and housing.

Have you checked a shelter,or even you local children & families office I think they help people who are going through some tough times don't be ashamed you have to take care of your kids and living in the street won't be good for them. I'm sorry for what your going through , be strong and please look for help.

Look for shelters in your area. The WIC office might be able to give you ideas where to go or call a hospital for a list of shelters. Or if you go to church, try your church or whatever other churches might be near you.
