NO!
And if you get caught .. and it's likely .... you will probbly end up not being able to get a permit or license until you are 18, plus all the fees involved, and yes, the chance of the care you are driving being seized.
How about just getting your permit?

The whole concept of a permit is to learn how to drive! Why would you be required to have a license in order to drive a vehicle but not have to have a permit to learn? Wait until you get your permit to drive a car for your sake and the other people on the road. Another thing is that when you have a permit you are not allowed to drive unless you have a parent in the vehicle with you so don't go taking off without them!

Your Drivers Ed class instructor should have explained that right off the bat! As far as I know, in the U.S., you can drive without a permit if your Drivers Ed instructor is in the car with you during a regularly scheduled Drivers Ed class. Otherwise, you must have a permit, usually acquired by passing a written exam at the DMV and paying a permit fee. You can't drive by yourself even with a permit and you must have a liscensed driver over 18 in the car. You can't drive without a permit no matter Who you have in the car if it's not your Drivers Ed instructor during classtime.

NO IT ISN'T. You are driving without a permit and you cannot do that even with an adult sitting next to you. In many states that is a criminal offense. I teach traffic classes here in Arizona and I have had people in them who did just that, got tickets, totaled cars and had to take my class just to have the possibility of getting their license when they were old enough. DON'T DO IT!
Also, many states say that the side seat driver must be 21, not 18, so find out what your state says.

In the US no. It is illegal to operate a motor vehicle without a drivers license. Also in most states permits require you to be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. Private property like open parking lots with no cars are ideal.

Go get a permit, that shouldnt that hard. I suggest you wouldnt. Know why? Because not only are you endagering yourself if you dont know how to drive but other people as well. People can get seriously hurt. When youre with an adult, they can help you not panic and make the wrong move. Be careful!

I think you already know the answer.. if it was okay then why would you need to get the permit?! By the way why would you want to take the chance of delaying your license? cause if you are caught driving illegally you could actually lose your priviledge to drive for a year or more depending on your age..

It might be ok with me, but its not ok with the law. You better start doing the right things at the beginning or you will have lots of tickets, a bad driving record and high insurance payments. I suggest that you have somebody drive you to a large parking lot early on a Sunday morning so that you can practice driving legally.
