Normally no. But, there is one small possibility to get it anyway.

If someone with HIV had sit on the toilet seat with a bleeding wound and you sit down on the seat within one minute and you also have a bleeding wound. When your blood mixes then you have the possibility to get infected.

But this theory is very adventurous.

So, you don't need to be afraid of an infection in a public toilet. But always clean the toilet seat before you sit down.

No Dumbo ..public toilets are not carriers of Aids ..it is the Animal species...so make love to a toilet to your hart content ..take it to bed with you..twit

no, you cannot. Its a toilet. Aids virus cannot even survive well in the air, they how is it going to survive in the toilet ot toilet seat.....
