Enogh already! Its a spoof question. All respondants with email have been told, the rest, without links...IS "answers" turning into a chatroom? Are the answers factual, helpful...or just comments and YOUR opinions? Did you answer this emotive question with facts, or sort of facts, or just comments?

If you loved your cat you wouldn't let her be out running around getting knocked up. Make sure you drown her too so you don't have to go thru this again in a few months.

Its a pretty awful state to be in (been there, bought the t-shirt). Drowning them is the most appalling act of cruelty, and is indictable- dont do it!!! Your mum-cat will feed her babies until they are old enough to eat kitten-food squashed up, about 6-8 weeks, and drink water. The best thing to do then is to contact Cats Protection- they are brilliant, and will help home your little cuties, and also can help to have your cat spayed so you dont get the problem again. It wont cost much at all for the amount of food these small people will eat while they are with you; in fact if you contact Cats Protection now, they may be able to help with them straight away. Dont murder because of money- I stopped smoking to feed a dog, and then sold some furniture to feed her pups, and it was worth everything. Dont just hand these little cats out to all and sundry in a car-park or on the streets as if they were sweeties- there are a hell of a lot of perverted bastards out there who like torturing kittens; Get help- its there, all you do is ask! Bless and keep you.x

Please take them to a shelter, drowning is a horrible way for a cat to die, they are able to hold their breath for some time and will struggle and freak out.
Get your cat speyed! You are aware she can breed immediately after the kittens are weaned? If you can't afford to feed kittens then you should not allow your cat to breed, there are too many unwanted animals already. Also your cat can acquire sexually transmitted diseases and if not speyed, she can get ovarian cysts which can rupture and pyometra, a uterine infection both which will become life threatening and she will need to be speyed then and it will cost you more plus medication. If you can't afford to care for it properly, then perhaps you shouldn't have a pet. It is your responsibility. Cats have feelings too and being on heat is stressful for them as is having kittens.
ETS: The information I provided is FACT. If you care to research it you will find that it is correct. I did not give an emotional answer, I am used to idiots owning cats (THAT was emotive)

Give up the kittens AND the cat to your local animal shelter. You're a horrible excuse for a pet owner and don't deserve any of the cats. You should have gotten off your *** and spayed the cat to begin with. ****, you could have even saved $25 a month for a few months to have the procedure done or spoken to a vet about a payment plan. Someone needs to drown your sorry ***.

Let the mother cat nurse them to health them take them to the Vet or SPCA for adoption. Killing them would be wrong and your mother cat would never forgive you for it. It's also inhumaine, and I don't care if it is a spoof question. Questions like these should not be posted. All they do is piss people off, and if the people that posted these kinds of questions had any God given sense whatsoever, they would think twice before posting them.

Well right now they will be nursing on their mother that will give you enough time to run an ad in the local newspaper for FREE kittens & after you have adopted them out save up some money to have your cat spaded.

Find homes for them or take them to the RSPCA, or even PDSA, coz if you are on income support you will get free treatment for your cat, she needs to be neutered, they will do this for you, you only need proof of income support and a utility bill, they will not charge you, but they do ask for a £5 donation, please spend a fiver and make sure the poor little things get the chance of a good home, i have a dog myself, but i love all animals, look into your heart and please, please contact these people, please give these kittens a chance in life

Take them to a no-kill shelter, or put them in a box, make a sign that says "Free Kittens" and go stand at a Safeway parking lot. They'll go fast.

Find your local animal shelter, RSPCA, PDSA or Cats Protection League, they should be in the Yellow Pages or other phone books. They will take them.

Please, don't "drown" them!! Your kind options are:
1) Give them to people who like cats
2) Give them to a shelter
3) Try to get your cat spayed
There are lots of people who like cats, and some senior citizens who simply want the companionship. (That's where "crazy cat ladies" come from.) (I use to know one. She was the coolest person ever!!!) Try to let the live somewhere, even though it might not be with you. Good luck!
