Does anyone know a good website where I can find information on carbohydrate counting? I am after a list that has the foods and their carbohydrate values.

Carb counting is a challenge at first, yet through the years it really is the in easy words thanks to bypass! The "change gadget" is a joke because maximum issues are rounded up or down, and also you finally end up way off on the actual carb ingested. the precedence is, maximum folk finally end up ingesting incredibly a lot the same stuff maximum days, so after some days/weeks of searching up the carbs you start up to dedicate your maximum hardship-free meals to memory and it really isn't any vast deal anymore. in case you do not "look up each thing you install your mouth", then you aren't any further dealing with your diabetes all precise. understanding the carbs we are ingesting and balancing with the right quantity of insulin is what dealing with form a million is all about! you've were given to make the time at first, then it receives a lot less complicated.

you know, I've been 'somersizing' for 5 years or so. It's awesome - you really control your weight..... Lean meats, chicken, fish and vegetables. You don't really need to count carbs - just cut out the sugar and starch (unless it's whole grain) - doesn't mean it's totally out of your life - but eat only on special occasions.

Our typical meal is fish & vegetables, or beef, cheesburgers (no bun), etc.... go to suzanne somers site - tons of recipes there as well as hints.
