Stay out of the deep freeze. You open the front door,step outside, and get hit with a blast of arctic air. What can you do?

My husband has very bad asthma. Of course he has an inhaler and a nebulizer for his breathing treatments. But, we still make our share of trips to the E.R. When he feels one coming on, he usually drinks a cup of coffee. Sometimes it works.

use a breathing treatment-or if you have an inhaler use that -it will only work for a few min. if you have bad ones and you don't have a breathing treatment go c a doc- they will give you a prescription for one.
