I have the same problem; so I have tried canned fruits of all types but I make certain that I drain them and rinse off the excess sugar. I then mix it with low-fat vanilla Dannon yogurt and it tastes as though you are having a treat. The vanilla in the yogurt really makes the difference; do not use the plain. Also, when fresh fruits are in season you can use them. I treat myself to the different flavored low-carb liquid coffee creamers which really change the taste of the coffee and satisfy your sweet tooth. Another trick, sugar free hot chocolate and then I add a heaping teaspoon of Hersey's cocoa and it takes the sugar craving away, the chocolate satisfies. Good luck, I'll be thinking of you as I attempt to cut down on my sugar intake.
