For New Agers: Which wrist should I wear my Crystal Bracelets on?

I heard the shopkeeper at a Crystal shop saying, that there is a different between wearing Crystal jewelry on the left or right wrists/hands/fingers. How does one decide which side to wear?

As far as I know, the left hand is the hand of receiving, the right hand is the hand of giving or projection. Wearings various crystals set on rings at the various fingers also is believed to heal/balance/harmonise various aspects of one's life.

index finger: Intellect and Confidence
middle finger : Spirituality, Patience, compassion
ring finger: Emotions, Health, Life Force
pinky : Creativity, Fear, Communication

For me, like what the 1st answer gave, I usually take a moment to look at my collection of bracelets, rings and stuff, and just wear whatever feels good and right before I go to spin music. Our energy bodies/spirit/soul will tell us what "Spark" it needs for the day.

It depends on the crystal and what you want to do with it: wear it for fun, protection, to direct energy. In very general terms if you are wearing it just for fun or because it's pretty it does not matter. The left hand is generally consider the passive and protective hand while the right hand is the active or directive hand.

I'm going to tell you what I tell my students: wear it wherever it feels good and where you can smile when you see it. Why would I say this? Because IMO the way you think of something and feel about it influences how useful it is in your life. And, not everything you wear has to have symbolic value -- something can be just for fun!
