Hmm... At my two baby showers, we played:

Baby Bingo (give people blank bingo sheets to fill in with baby items like diapers, bibs, etc, and as the mom-to-be opens gifts, they check off a square if they have what the gift was.)

Baby Celebrity (get a bunch of pictures of babies from magazines, cut out their faces, and put in a celebrities face. People have to guess the celebrity. It's harder than it sounds, and a lot of fun.)

Word scramble (scramble baby related words up, and whoever gets the most unscrambled correctly in a certain amount of time wins)

Do You Know Me? (make a multiple-choice quiz asking question related to the mom-to-be or to the parents-to-be.)

Envelope Draw (This one's good, cause then people address their own thank you cards- Give each guest an envelope and have them write their name and adress on it. Put them all into a basket and draw a few out for prizes)

We played a really fun game at my sister's wedding shower using kitchen items, but for a baby shower use baby items. Get a tray and put a diaper, baby pins, a bottle, things like that and tell the ladies that you are going to play a new game, don't tell them anything else. Have the mom to be walk around the room and show all the ladies what's on the tray then have the mom to be go into another room where nobody can see her, then tell all the ladies to write down what the mom to be was wearing. It throws them for a total loop! It has nothing to do with the tray, but its so much fun! Then give the mom to be all the things on the tray.

Well lets see one is mommy feed the baby the fastest ,, you have 2 people sit down with a bib on, then have 2 other people feed the a jar of baby food while blind folded, and see who does it the fastest.and also get hanger and put clothes pins all the way around it and see how many each person can get off with only one hand with out dropping any, if they drop any there out.

get rice and safety pins, blind fold the person and they get 1 minute to find as many safety pins as possible, make sure there is lots of rice and the pins are small. like 100-200 count.......

2.get toilet paper and each person gets to grab as much of the toilet paper as she thinks her size, when everyone has their turn they get to go to the expectie and measure, the closest wins......

3.put about 12 baby items into a brown bag, everyone gets to reach in the bag for about a minute and when they are done feeling around they write down on paper what they think they felt....person with the most right guess wins....

i have been to a few showers--we played bingo, pin the tail on the donkey, count the beans in a jar ,( a jar , full of beans was passed around, and u had to guess how many were there, the closest one without going over wins),..

my favorite is with a roll of toilet paper. everybody gets to guess how many squares it will take to go around the pregnant stomache. the one who is the closest wins. (you can also do it with yarn. you get more of a chance for accuracy).
