Ya know the bad thing about the Navy is they "cycle" you that's what they called PhMo back in the 90's and then they make you go right to some boot classroom right after, I mean who wants to think hard after that? "Attention to Detail!"

As far as the army, yes. When I served as an army officer one of by duties as the battalion duty officer was to inspect one of these motivational platoons.
