Webster says love is A deep, tender, ineffable feeling of affection and solicitude toward a person, such as that arising from kinship, recognition of attractive qualities, or a sense of underlying oneness.
A feeling of intense desire and attraction toward a person with whom one is disposed to make a pair; the emotion of sex and romance.

I believe the only real love is the love a parent would have for a child when they are babies. Anything else is a trick of the mind.

Why are you making it so complicated. It is it's own thing to everyone. It's an emotion. Quite possibly the deepest of all emotions. Stop worrying quite so much about the why and how of it and just enjoy it. Unless you're a poet or something. Then go ahead and try to dissect it as best you can.

You made it very hard to answer that, too complicated! Sorry I wish I could have helped. All I know is that I am in love. And my best example of love would be when you cant get them off of your mind, and when you hear there voice or see them your heart starts pounding out of your chest.

From a purely scientific perspective, I have to believe that feelings are just feelings until the oxytocin floods the brain.
Really, its the chemical of love.

Love is what you feel! God gave us love so we can be happy. But nowadays, people use love in the wrong ways...which is wrong. Love is affection and feeling. Love is like a wonderful feeling that sometimes overdwells you. Love is love.
